Offer option for organizers to hide our EM address when we send out group EM (vs just to one member)
Offer the option for organizers to hide our personal e-mail address when we send out group e-mail for new events, etc. (as opposed to just to one member). Having so many people see my address opens my computer up to spam and viruses.

Give Organizers a permanent place on the first page to write memos, (e.g.Remember to bring the Book)

Make it so that conf. calls & net meetings can be scheduled as meetings too.
Physical meetings can't always happen, but more and more people are using net meeting and conference calls to get in touch with their group. It would be nice to have an option that allows calls and net meeting info to be posted just like physical meetings are.

Make it possible to cross-promote meetup groups
If we had the option to promote other groups on our pages and vice-versa, it would create more visibility for all parties.

different groups all planned to attend meetups on one calendar
i have several groups and would like to be able to see all the things i plan to attend on one calendar. is this possible already? personal calendar.

Change back the calendar location to where it used to be. The new location is hard to find.
The new calendar location is essentially invisible with the grayed out lettering and being the 4th tab over. This is the most used feature for me, and yet the "Calendar" is missing from any main navigation button on the left or top of the screen. Please add Calendar as a button on the left or top of the screen!

Allow only hosts and organizers to make changes to a meetup.
I have a new group, it's set up so that members may suggest meetups, and it's announced when 3 members say they're going or an organizer announces it. A member suggested a meetup, she had the time wrong (5pm lunch??) so I got her to make the necessary changes, made sure she was going to host it and what that entails and then announced the event to the group. However, now I see that I don't have the option to only allow the HOST or Organizers to make changes under: "Who can edit this Meetup". Once a host is designated,…

like email, show postings count on the toolbar
I bookmarked Meetup in my toolbar and it would be great if it would show that i have a posting. I have 5 emails and can not constantly switch back to the linked one to Meetup or check my account several times a day

Enable seperate PayPal/amazon accounts per meetup
Currently if you Organize multiple groups under one account all payments can only go to one paypal account. I need to be able to define a different pay pal account per group. You need to move the account specification to the meetup group not the account.

meetup location
I do not like the new way of selecting locations. It used to sort by most popular and allows me to search with the first letter. Now I have to keep pressing "more" and it is not even sorted in anyway! Very annoying!

Please delete the pop up for signing up. I can't read the description. I always have to close it.
It is very annoying not to be able to read the meetup description as every time we open the page the pop up for signing up covers half of the description. There is no need for this pop up. We can always hit the sing up buttton. Instead, we ALWAYS have to close the pop up in order to read any details. Please get rid of the pop up. Thanks!

Please Restore Ability for Members to Waitlist if an Event is "Closed"
My large dining group that I co-organize (nearly 3,000 members) used to be able to Close New Yes RSVPs but still allow members to expressing event interest by adding themselves to the waitlist (if enabled). It was an enhanced method of Manual Waitlist, by allowing the Org to indiv. choose which waitlisters to cherrypick (once we confirmed manually with a member that they truly still have interest in attending & haven't made alt. plans, & promise to definitely show-up).
With the redesign, once we "close" the event no new member who's not already on the waitlist cannot add themselves. It's…

Allow NO RSVP for FULL Wait-Listed events and turn off e-mails for such events.
Allow NO RSVP for full/wait-listed events and/or turn off annoying e-mail reminders for full events if we didn't RSVP YES!

Give people the ability to decline all events in a repeating / recurring event
We have recurring meetups in our group on a specific theme that not all members are interested in. Right now, they have to decline each event in the recurring series, even though they may never want to go to that event. It's time consuming and annoying, and may cost group members.
