My meetups repeat weekly. FIVE (all exactly the same) meetups are shown on the homepage, making my members scroll more that half-way down the homepage to see posts. PLEASE let us choose how many meetups we wish to show on the homepage!

I am finding meetup groups that I really would love to join but I need to wait a few months to find the time to do it, and in addition I would like to observe them from the outside for a while to see what types of activities they do and decide whether or not its the right group for me. I would like a way to be able to bookmark them or put them in a wishlist so that I can remember the groups I've found.

I have a lot of diverse interests. The more interests I list in my Meetup alerts, the more new meetups I will be alerted about. This is a great feature! But I would like to add a few keywords that I could use to filter the kinds of alerts I receive. That way I can keep from receiving alerts about new Meetup groups that are undesirable, but overlap my interests slightly.

It’s getting to the point where there’s too much to go through to find what you’re looking for; perhaps offer the option to view by category in the email, such as; Business Builders/Entrepreneurs, Technical networking (coding exchange), business social mixer, breakfast, lunch networking, Happy hour, social events local, adventure and outdoor events, etc

Privacy feature that allows us to hide our RSVP or other comments from other people's home page. What I post to one of my Meetup groups is intended ONLY for that group, not everyone else in my other Meetup groups. I don't want everything I post showing up on other people's home pages, such as the content of my message, the day I typed it, the time I typed it, etc. It is no one's concern. Thank you.

Make the banner "Let's Meetup and..." changable. This is the most valuable space on the home page and would be great for announcements.

An added space at the top for organizers to leave a message that is seen by the members upon arrival to the group home page.

My group in Normandy is spread across a huge rural area - I need to know where members are based so I can organise MeetUps for where most of them are!

The popout photo effect on an event page should enlarge the photo when it is moused over instead of just displacing the small thumbnail of the photo.

i think that the current "news-feed" is great for all activities but it'd be really really helpful to have a widget of some sort that displays current discussions in the forums on the front page. i wish that the forums were designed with greater readability--smaller fonts, especially. everything looks so clunky and big.

When sending an event announcement email, add option to have email replies go to Event Host or another Asst. Organizer and not just Organizer every time.

Please give me a way to see a scrolling list of all events that shows just title and date. Some groups post their monthly meetings a year in advance and/or have lots of events. When I've RSVP'ed for some event in the far future, it takes 3+ clicks on "More meetups" to get back to that event if I want to re-read details or post a comment.

Since the main objective of meetup is to foster community, please provide organizers with a polite and discreet way to remove undesirable elements that is more kind than the "ban a member" option which automatically sends the ousted member a practically confrontational email saying 'we don't want you here.'

What's wrong with you all? Do I supposed to plan events only at the places that page allowes me? It's a home address and I can't put it on my event.Who's making these awful changes?

I would like Meetup HQ to put together a conference for Organizers and Assistant Organizers. Organizers need support. We're not professionally trained on how to deal with a lot of problems that come up with dealing with groups of people and need some help. Meetup doesn't provide ANYTHING. I feel like Meetup just takes our money for the privilege of posting something I could post for free on Craigslist or Facebook. Meetup also makes it nearly impossible to contact individuals at Meetup for help. A conference might also might provide more interest for people to become assistant organizers. Thanks.
