I am overloaded on my calendar with events that I'm not going to because they conflict with or events or work. I would like to have an option to turn off all the events I RSVP no. I don't mind the ones I don't RSVP because usually I'm deciding if I can afford it. Do you think you can help my overloaded calendar?

The map feature isn't all that. A picture is worth so much when you want people to come on a new hike or to attend a new place. A picture gets higher attendance.

Make drafts and Calendar events searchable for extent of the group's existence. Many events repeat irregularly and the old postings can be used as a convenient posting template.

If there are many files in the "Files" section, you can't search all the titles using the browser's search/find feature. Either offer a "Search all Files" feature or simply allow the user to "Show All Files" in a continuous web page and the user can employ the browser's search/find text feature.

The drop-down list for possible meetup start times has 7pm at the top of the list and 6:30 pm all the way down at the bottom. Please let me configure my group so that some other time (6:30 in my case) is the first choice when creating a new meetup.

Most decent sized cities have groups that clog up the calender, but only have 1 member going to the events. Sometimes seveal times in one day. It's just spam advertising for some company most of the time. Allow members to block content they don't wish to see.

It seems fundamental to me that a 'search box' should be available at the top of a group's pages for all members of that group. The search should query the entire group's database (not all of Meetup) so that members can find venues, events, fellow members and more. This would generate so much more networking activity on groups. Please add ASAP!

After an event when we upload and tag our pictures, all members get one e-mail per upload and one e-mail per tag. This is excessive and should be compressed into a single e-mail for all of the above. In trying to create a community, we're annoying it's members.

Specifically, I'm thinking that Meetup.com should delay sending one of these e-mails for five minutes (or some other length of time). During this time, if other photos are uploaded or a user is tagged, the delay for their e-mail resets.

Under "Latest Activity" I often see that new people have joined our group, and I would like to make them feel welcomed without writing them a personal note. If there were a "Welcome" button beside the notice of their joining, existing members could click it, much like the "Like" button on Facebook.
