Add Zielona Gora as a city in Poland
On the cities list in Account settings are many small cities but Zielona Gora in not listed (there's Grunberg but it's in german, not polish). It's one of two major cities in it's region.
Where do You load this list from? =:/

If I want to know what's going on, I'll just look at the site. This spam is getting painful.

Send weekly list on Thurs for Sat- Fri instead of on Sat (too late to make plans).
Send out the email with the weekly list of events on Thurs for Sat - Fri of the following week. When the list goes out late on Sat for that same day, it is too late to make plans.

forum should discuss issues with appropriate examples with code.
Since your api document is not providing example codes for implementing meet up api.It found very difficult to finding the exact implementation mainly for the beginners like me.So i am kindly request you to elaborate your api documentation with more examples.

Support additional email address formats
The "email an invitation to my friends" feature only allows email addresses of the form: friend@somewhere.com. However another legal form, and one that is very commonly found in emails and address books is of this form: Joe Friend <friend@somewhere.com. And sometimes that form is even surrounded by double quote marks: "Joe Friend <friend@somewhere.com".
If you could add these two forms to your address parser for this dialog (and anywhere else I can enter an email address), I would really be grateful.

Instant Email Notification when Subsribed
When subscribed to a thread on the message boards, it would be nice to be notified of responses instantly or at least have that option. Not having this feature makes the boards useless for in depth conversations.

give organizer's an option to control number of events to display on home page
We schedule multiple events per week which pushes the discussions to the bottom.
With your new user interface change, now the discussions gets scrolled way way down at the bottom of the page. No one will scroll down to read it or see it.
http://www.meetup.com/ocwingchun/I prefer the old interface.

"Advanced" Search Features for Upcoming Meetups
It would be great if we could have "advanced" search options for upcoming meetups. It's terrible when page after page shows meetups with just 1 member attending.
Meetup should incorporate the ability to filter upcoming meetups by creteria such as:
* Show meetups with x number of attendees
* Show meetups only after 5:00 PM5 votes -

Home page content disappears if already logged in or you have saved cookies - why? BAD!
So if you already have your browser set to keep track of your log in sessions, the text on the home page (welcome page) of your group disappears. For example, if I have logged in to group X already and then visit group Y, I don't see group Y's homepage but rather a list of Meetups. I have to browse directly to the Pages navigation area to see the home page...very frustrating! Not intuitive at all and goes against best practices of web development completely.

add back "edit rsvp's to give organizers control of deleting negative and harmful comments
VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE MISSING!
Now the following complaint regards the worst decision that meetup has made and that regards the inability for an organizer to remove negative or damaging comments left by group members. Some people leave very negative and embarrassing comments for everyone to see which can be extremely detrimental and harmful to a group. An organizer doesn't even have the power to remove often very purposeful and vicious comments left by members and some of these members can be fake profiles which are actually competitors looking to bad mouth another group. Some people even use curse words. I've…18 votes -
Bring back the event venue phone numbers on the details associated with events.
Before, the phone number of the venue was right there to see, now we have to click on the venue to see the number. Too many clicks to do something simple. Why was that removed?

keep maps
Meetup is all about getting people to meet in a place. Maps are central to the notion of location and give the best summary of where a meetup is to take place. If users were forced to rely exclusively on written directions, there would be a huge increase in mistaken and mis-given directions. A map clearly and unambiguously shows either the right or wrong location, and if wrong, is easily correctable - in priciple. Do not discard the principle just because your execution was faulty.
