As a security measure, we would like to encourage people to come to a public event and meet us before being "accepted" and gaining full access to members' information. Could there be an option somewhere between "accepting" and "declining" membership?

Provide the ability to hide selected users from your feeds. Some users are over zelous in commenting on everything and it would be nice to filter that out.

Create an option or button that allows organizers to view membership by activity, so that inactive people can be easily removed from their groups.

This is an active site for creating face to face meet-ups for folks based on the focus or interest of the group. People that don't contribute, post comments, communicate with other group members or don't come out to meet-ups after certain lengths of time or an organizer set period of time should be easier to be removed from the membership list without having to search through pages of members.

We manage all our meetups under a single page but the timezone are always messed up when they are help in other timezones. We really don't want to create a separate meetup page for every city we visit either. Too much to manage. Please hlep.

I added my event yesterday and I still can't find it through a search. I think a new event should be available within 24 at a minimum. Please add new events within 24 hours of submission.

I would like to be able to email a group of members who attended an event or more than one at a time. Would make it much easier to follow up with those after an event.

Allow organizers to post a single event on all their authorized posting groups at once. This would be such a useful feature for us large organizers. All the settings are the same on each one. I am a software engineer and know this is a simple loop operation to insert the same text and settings into multiple groups in the database. Just have the normal template page we fill out and a list of groups we can post on and let us select them all.

Currently, we can not have a shared venue for within our Group. If the venue is shared, then everyone has access to it. If a venue is private, or not shared, then only the originating member can see it. We have around 140 event organizers. All of them have to create their own event locations. Something is not right.

I used to be able to look at a particular member's most recent activity to see their message board activity. Can we please get that back? I require my members to participate in the message board and it's a big pain to search through 3 months worth of message board posts. It used to take 5-10 minute to check the handful of members but it now takes HOURS to search all posts for specific members. Thank you for considering!

we have a very active discussion board and this is a major omission

I'd like to be able to see the username and password on meetup's homepage, not have to click the link to go to it. I realize it's only one click to go to login, but when so many other sites have their's set up that way, it's frustrating. Thanks!

We to many Meetups every month. Each one generates audio/video/written residue. Please add the ability to email people who RSVP'ed and/or rated the Meetup, to send them a link to Meetup residue. Also the ability to edit past Meetups to add the links would be great too.
