Add a more robust polling feature or link to survey monkey or similar tool.
Poll is not enough to query group in the planning stages of activities. Would like to be able to do more of a survey than a poll - like survey monkey perhaps.

I haven't used the polling feature for the same reason - too limited. Surveys, however, would be a fantastic way to serve existing members and find ways to encourage new members.

Agreed. I just had to back out of sending a poll because I realized it would be useless. I need more helpful information than an anonymous poll can provide in this case. On some surveys, I need to know who the responder is. And a I need to offer an option for them to write their own answer in a text box. If I could give this 100 votes, I would. The current polling feature is just too limited.
