I agree with the guy who said: Stop hiding from your customers, put in place a method for contacting customer service so issues can be resolved. If you don't fix this serious flaw in your customer service paradigm you are going to see people flee in large numbers. Everyone in the groups I have attended talks bad about customer service of Meetup.com and is looking for an effective way to jump ship.
