Allow responses to the sender instead of the entire list when emailing to the list.
The only way to have responses to an email broadcast come to me, instead of the whole list, is to mail to the entire group, which includes a lot of people who don't want those messages. They get testy about it, and I don't like emailing people who don't want it but it's what I have to do if I want to responses to come to me alone.
