Make it possible for organizers to quickly see whether an event has been announced or not by scrolling over the event on the calendar.
In order for me to tell if an event scheduled by one of my co-organizers has been announced I actually have to open the event. It would be nice for me to be able to quickly scroll over the event on the calendar and have some sort of red flag pop up telling me that it had not yet been announced.

I have also suggested the same thing, as a very busy, usually events 7 days a week, active organizer with mutiple events sometimes in one day, this option would save a lot of time.
