Make the refund process easier
When someone requests a refund I have to:
1) go back to the site, find their name (sometimes not easy for large events - especially if people just use their first name)
2) Click refund
3) Log into paypal
4) Do advanced search for person using email (takes forever)
5) Find person
6) Click refund
7) Click a couple more things.
Can this be one step please?
