It would be very helful to have a SEARCH function in the FILES section, so we can easily find files.
Search ability in the FILES section.

Here is a work-around - create a document, pinned to the top of files, that has the URL reference to each of the other files. Thus, to find a file, search the index document. of course not a full word search, but could be better than the current system. When I want members to look at a file I past in the URL to the email.
But I agree, ability to search all text and associated filed in our own meet group site would be helpful - I would really like to be able to search the member profiles, and search in the pending member profiles , and the old meetups files. Finding things is somewhat annoying when there is a large and active group.

I was just going to post that as a suggestion. My musicians meetup now has hundreds of files and it's terrifying to newcomers... We're considering putting files somewhere else off site which is frustrating but the only way around it.

This would be great our group is getting so many files that we are starting to duplicate and don't realize it, so this would be a great function I see they have it in the discussion page.

Our meetup has around 5 pages of files. We use the files section quite a bit. Having it is awesome. Trying to find a file is not. If I do not know the approximate date the file was posted, I have to go page by page and look for it. It's a pain.
