The visitor can change the language at the bottom of the page (which is not what most other sites have: at the top is more common), but I would like to make my group all Dutch. The visitor could change his/her language, but the group default (also for emails) would stay Dutch.
This is actually two wishes: Dutch translation and set a language at the group level.
