Allow organisers to name their meetups something else, e.g. "seminars"
We are an academic group, so we very much prefer to call our meetups seminars. Because we invite other academics, this appeals to them a lot more than meetup. Unfortunately, right now it is impossible to call our events anything other than meetups. (Even though we are using a custom domain, http://events.thalesians.com/)
It would be good to give the organisers this power to brand their events.

At Club VEG (Vegetarian Eatup Group) www.VEGonline.info , our events need to be called "Eatup Events" since most of them are food related as "Meetup" sounds waay too much like the very offensive word "Meatup"! ;-)
