Global editing rights for organisers of members profiles and or posted content. i have had many members who are essentially computer illiterate and have had to give then either written instructions which they often don't seem able follow or log in as them to correct the content they wish.( examples being of people placing information in the wrong place like a profile and it stays for ever..)
