Allow us to delete messages posted against my profile
My groups are hidden but if someone mentions it in a post (even just a welcome message) then I want to remove them.
Also someone may post a nasty comment.

You can do this, just mouse over or tap the comment and 'delete' will appear and you can delete the comment/greeting.
