Improve event form to check for fees in the event title and remind users to also add fee to event
There is an issue with the new event form. Many users are putting the event fee in the title but not specifying it anywhere else. It would be helpful if the form reminded them that they could add a fee if it detects a fee in the title. Please see:

There are many events with the fee in the title but nowhere else. Here's an example:

Just to clarify: the event form has a field to specify a fee for the event. But users are *ignoring* this field in favor of putting the fee in the title. So I am suggesting that the form remind them of the fee field -- if a fee is detected in the title as they are creating the event.
