The hosts/people who propose the MU IDEAS can send them out to entire membership (ANNOUNCE) before they are completed/ready or appropriate to be sent out and posted to the calendar. Only Organizers should be able to do this or quality control is out the window...and we worked hard to maintain that in "THE OLD MU"...
