  It would be nice to have a link for Vimeo. Vimeo is used a lot by filmmakers.

  I like this idea, and I think as Meetup is a social media/network platform, it would be really nice -- and a great way for members to learn more about each other by having the ability to add links our other social media/network platforms. At the very least, in our member profiles, we should be able to link to our profiles on the other MAJOR social networks: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Digg, flikr Stumbled Upon, Vimeo, Pinterest, Blogger, WordPress, Skype -- any others?

  You either need to add more options for new popular sites - Pinterest - or provide more than one "anything goes" field.

  This is really important. There are other sites like about.me and specialized profile sites that exist. I hope Meetup does not just add them manually, just let people add any external link. You can even limit it to 2 if needed. The way my group members would benefit, is we have a 3rd party profile service we would like to members to review before they get to the Meetup so they know who they want to engage in dialogue during the networking segment of the Meetup.

  Yes, we basicly don't need options for pre-setwebsites but bunch of the options for whatever websites we want to choose. Curently there is only one "Other" website and it's not enough!
