When a member RSVP's for my event, I used to receive their RSVP comment but now I am spammed with an email that indicates a member RSVP'd and it indicates "Wait-listed" or "YES" and "MESSAGE". Since the info that I want to see is not there, I have to message them now to ask them for the RSVP comment I wanted to see, or go to my event and scroll way down to the bottom and hope that their REQUIRED info is there if they chose to do it that way. If Not, then I have to maybe check the "Answers" section from tools to see if they answered the correct RSVP requirement there. If NOT, then I have to go to tools and "PRINT ATTENDEE LIST" to see if the correct RSVP comment such as " I Paid and I have a tent and camping gear and I can give a ride to 1 passenger" is there. OH MY GOD ! What are you doing? STOP IMPROVING THINGS. Can I just get an email that a member RSVP'd and include the comment, NOT THE INTRO... like you had it before? I know you already declined my earlier idea to also show the member's RSVP comment on the event page. Get rid of the member's INTRO there and put that comment that I need back. Quit playing around and show some courtesy to your paying members please. Why are you fixing things that worked and making it all totally useless? Meetup is an event-driven social network. This means that 2 vital requirements take place. To Create an event and to attract members to attend events and the single most important thing is to have a functional RSVP system in place which meetup GHQ has failed at. You had it right last year.... It is a JOKE now.

Right now I get multiple reminders about meetups whether I have RSVP'd yes, no, or not all. Whether or not I have RSVP'd no, I'd like to be able to put reminders about certain meetups on "mute" if I'm not interested so I don't get any more emails and notifications about that meetup, but continue to get reminders for other meetups that I'm interested in even if I haven't RSVP'd yet.

Please note: this is a related but slightly different request from those who are asking to stop receiving notifications only when they formally RSVP no; I would to have more control over email reminders without having to formally RSVP. From what I've seen, it appears that organizers prefer not to get a ton of RSVPs saying "no" as well.

The Pop-up that shows up beside people who have signed up for an event is annoying in that once it pops up there is no way to make it go away so I can't read the details of the event. My cursor quickly passing over someone on the way to whatever I want to do is enough to brign the popup up. It is way too touchy. It won't go away. I have to click on someone else to make it go away. Some peoples popups are so huge that you can't read any of the info about an event and then I have to go search for a person with a "small' popup to read about the event. This is ridiculous. I would prefer no popups. They are in the way. If you do have these popups, please make them go away after you move the cursor away from the people. I have tried clicking eslewhere and the popups still don't go away. Make them go away please!

As an extension of the "Good To See You" feature, it would be useful to have something like a "Hope You Can Join Us" to extend a quick personal invitation to group members who may have a specific interest in the event that you have scheduled. Also, a "We Miss You" would be a quick way to let members who haven't attended in a while know that we miss seeing them around. In the past I have addressed both of these issues with emails but somehow integrating this in the Meetup interface would speed this process up, especially for groups with large memberships.

Allow a way to track who votes event questions by name on event page and allow organizer to change it, as in post activity votes. Who has paid for expensive events, etc in a quick easy to count list for organizers.

This will replaced how the old RSVP comments where used at top right side... not Below the event mixed with NON-RSVP comments

1) RSVP comment on right side meet this requirement. The idea is to allow organizers to track post event activities without making another meetup event. For example we could have a dinner event and then want to go dancing. As organizers we'd as in the event comments whose in to reserve bottle service. The common task was to mail rsvp list to updat the RSVP comments on the right with din for only din, club for only club or both for din and club.

2) The solution does not have to be comments under the RSVP but must be easy to track and make users willing to use the feature.

To place RSVP comments below the event becuase it's causes a lot of grief for organizers seeking to approve members based on their RSVP comment. This will mean we will have to scroll down to bottom of event to find the correct RSVP comments from members and when we find it, to scroll back up , edit the RSVP list to approve a member. When other members make many non-related RSVP comments, we will have to search for specific responses.

DONT MIX POST EVENT ACTIVITIES WITH COMMENTS! Keep RSVP comments/votes next to the RSVP participents to allow organizes quick head count, willing to pay for post event, etc next to the RSVP (could be another list but must be easy to track and count for organizer to know who is coming and not just a count. Organizers want to know who flakes and who is solid especially if the host has to put up money in advance for concert tickets, etc that is expensive. top right next to RSVP was good in this reguard so think about that as an example. We Realy heavily on correct RSVP from waiting list members and I dont want to go search for them way down at the bottom of our events. PLEASE think this over or provide an option for organizers to make use of this feature.
