Please create option to move the POLL to the front page. We have 40 members and not one of them have noticed the Poll we have on the site. It is buried and no one knows it is there. They should be able to see it when they sign up! Thanks.

How can I remove suggested events from showing up on my calendar feed? Now have my calendar is filled with events for Meetups I do not belong to which makes it very hard for me to find events I actually want to attend.

Allow organizers to change the layout of their Meetup page to suit their needs. We need the discussion updates front and center just under the upcoming events. Now that it is small and off to the side the communication within our group has greatly decreased. The discussion updates off to the side and so small are not noticeable enough.

Can you put an option when creating your meetup to choose to have meetup automatically remove members for different reason such as an excessive number of no-shows to events or inactivity of a prolonged amount of time?

We would like to be able to create Meetup announcement lists – similar to mailing lists (they could even be the same – just allow us to announce a meetup only to a specific list at first and then to everyone else later). The idea is that we would like to give sustaining members (people who have paid voluntary dues) advanced notice of meetups to allow them first chance to RSVP.

Currently the sponsors are listed in a single column. We want to distinguish the major sponsors from those that only provide smaller donations (for ex. Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), so it would be great to add support for that directly in the meetup UI. We tried to hack around this by inserting placeholder sponsor images, but it looked ugly.

It would be nice if the member data could always be exported in a date format consistent with the format used in the Meetup group country, e.g. US meetup groups export US date format, UK groups export UK date format.

Perhaps a nice feature would be to also give the organizer the means to override this default setting and vary the date format to the preference of their particular meetup (e.g. a group for US expats but based in London).

I run a Motorcycle Meetup and would like to be able to embed the weather for the area we are riding to for each event. Unless I am doing something wrong, I cannot embed the html code in the body of the description.

I'm trying to bring more informative content into the Pages on my Meetup site. It would help a lot if I could embed views of web pages on other sites (e.g., like one would with an HTML <iframe>), rather than just linking to them.

Meetups are usually event-based. Thus the calendar is one of the most important features of the website. But this calendar is trapped online and takes special work-arounds to print well. Make it easy for orgnizers and members to print the calendars!

Organizers RSVPing for a Meetup someone else is hosting show up at the top of the RSVP list. This is confusing as it makes it appear that the Org is hosting. The Event Host should be the first name on the RSVP list.

I think groups would love to car-pool, but it isn't easy to organize.

It would be nice to be able to customize name tags: i.e. regular attendees, a logo specific to my meetup, select only certain names to make name tags for, etc.

We have a domain name that forwards to our Meetup site. I would love to create an email address (to look more professional than my Yahoo email address). However, I do belong to other Meetup groups and would not want to change the email for the others...just the one that I organize. Possible?
